Spotify came to us with an insight; Gen-Z were using their platform as a new love language. It went beyond romance though, dipping into the group chat, a way to make friends and connect with family.

So we came up with the idea for a billboard, where you can dedicate a real playlist, submit it and it’ll be shared for all of Australia to enjoy.

Also, I am the blonde guy in this and it went a little viral with 10M+ views.
Our idea was so successful, it’s just been launched by Spotify UK.

First we built upon the insight in both paid and organic social feeds.

Then we created content using the billboard upon launch, driving over 20,000 entries.
